iChoices consultants capture medical aid questionnaires on Palm or Pocket PC powered PDA's. This information includes Medical Aid questionnaire, Benefit Calculator and Single Application Requests. The data is uploaded to the server via remote connection (Cellular or Internet) and then sent for processing. On approval the client will receive an SMS with the policy number. This is our first product with ATIO.

Branch Software

Branch Software is responsible for the forecourt management of, primarily, Engen garages. We have developed for them a program running on Palm OS the communicates to their call centre system via cellular or the internet. The technicians are now able to view all outstanding calls, previous calls to the client and previous actions taken. The user completes all aspects relating to this call for example; Stock, travel, accommodation, additional stock, training etc. Calls can be marked as completed, needs attention, forwarded to another technician or company or put on hold.
